Poli-Eko

Technology center for polymers POLI-EKO is intended to offer top-level industrial research and education in area of polymers and other advanced materials and technologies. As a research unit of Slovenian Plasttechnics Cluster it has following pilot equipment for the development and production of advanced materials:

• Compounder for mixing of polymers into composite materials or compounds in the form of granules, profiles or foils

• Injection moulding machines with possibility of 2-3K injection moulding for testing of multicomponent parts

• Reactors for synthesis of polymer mixtures or nanomaterials.

• Laboratory press and calander

• Ultrasound welding device

• Multilayer co-extruder (with 3 extruders)

• Blow moulding machine

• Sheet coating/laminating machine
